General TERMS, CONDITIONS and CONFIDENTIALITY
BASIS of OFFER and AGREEMENT

This Agreement contains a CONFIDENTIALITY Undertaking
Please read the Registration Agreement before registering your order as payment by any method means that you agree to the offer as set out below as the basis of your instructions:

Business Registration and Client Agreement 1. The Beauforts Computer Trading Plan contains Business Documents together with a comprehensive Trading Manual called 'Trade Secrets for Your Own Successful Computer Business' for which a once-only payment is made. Additional software is also included with the package called "WebTrade MASTERS" an INTERNET MARKETING COURSE with FREE Web sites, Card Prcessing facilities, all as described on-line. 2. FREE ACCESS to a MEMBERS-ONLY Web Site AND FREE ACCESS to an on-line HELP-DESK for the first three months (3 Months) is included, after which time the period can be extended by payment of an annual subscription. Payment of such subscription is entirely optional. The Information is confidential and LICENSED for a SINGLE USER only. 3. INCORPORATED COMPANIES and/or PARTNERSHIPS are NOT accepted under this agreement and those trading entities should apply separately with full details and names of Directors and/or Partners. The user agrees not to copy or pass on any of its contents to anyone else, and to abide by Beauforts general terms and conditions and as published within the material ordered and supplied on a business-to-business basis. A copy of this form for reference purposes with my business package. 4. NOTE: All applications are subject to acceptance. Beauforts reserve the common law right to accept or reject applications and return any monies paid. 5. It is agreed by the parties that Beauforts maintains the right to improve amend alter or substitute in like value any item or term without prior notice. 6. THE MEMBERS PRIVATE WEB SITE: Information provided in the members area of the Website is similarly licensed for single use on one computer for the personal use of the member only and copying, resale, or redistribution of the information in any way, except for personal use is strictly prohibited. 7. All information and other material published on the Members Private Web Site is provided on the basis that it is CONFIDENTIAL. 8. REFUND POLICY: Materials supplied in electronic format cannot be returned in tangible form therefore claims for refunds cannot and will not be accepted after the supply has been made. The user agrees to these terms upon ordering and/or registering upon payment of the fee and agrees not to violate our rights, the rights of any third party, or any laws or regulations. Unless we give you written permission, you may only use, access, download and copy our Material (and print out one copy) for your personal use, keeping all our copyright and other notices on the Material. Replacements or returns for any reason must be sent back in their original packaging as no liability for damage in transit will be accepted otherwise. 9. USE OF MATERIALS SUPPLIED: You may not use the Material or allow anyone else to use the Material for any purpose which is not specifically permitted in this Agreement. You agree to comply with all notices and requirements accompanying third-party Material. You may not use, or allow others to use, your Site access, user name, password or the Service, directly or indirectly, nor upload, distribute, transmit, communicate, link to, publish or access any material or information without our written consent.
