The following questions are taken from actual letters, faxes and e-mails received and answered by Harry Richards:

Question: I received one of your Information Packs by mail some time ago which was all about trading in Computers and Software. Is the Business Opportunity the same as I have read ?

Answer: Beauforts was established in March of 1996 and has evolved and continues to evolve just like the whole IT market. Therefore, the information you mention, although applicable at the time, is now long out of date since the publication of the 2007 updated package. Beauforts has embraced the ever-growing e-commerce market in addition to its ''core'' Computer related off-line trading where profits continue to keep Members happy in a high-demand marketplace. More so now that customers are boycotting the Big-Timers and rejecting High Street prices, meaning that our Home-Based Members make even more profit from their own unbeatably low priced products obtained using the Beaufort Trading Plan.

Question: I have sent away for "so-called" Business Opportunities in the past but have been very disappointed. A computer manual I recently received consisted of just a few A4 pages in a slip-binder, the material was full of inaccuracies, and written throughout in block capital letters. I do not want to waste my hard-earned cash on similar misinformed rubbish. Exactly what will I receive from you ?

Answer: Our Business Package is much more than a manual: The package has been designed so that it provides you with everything you need to start your own successful computer business, either from scratch or to improve an existing business. We are well aware of cheap imitations designed specifically for you to buy old secondhand PC's and then suggest that you should place ads in shop windows to "sell" them - their attempts at presenting a workable plan are quite frankly pitiful, but then YOU are the judge.

Question: I am short of funds to buy much stock for re-selling so will I be able to buy just one item to start , or will I be expected to buy minimum quantities to get the best deals ?

Answer: Many of our most successful starters have had no spare cash at all, and our entire Business Plan is based upon starting without laying out heavy sums - you will be shown how to trade with the absolute minimum of risk. Even those who have substantial capital should only trade in small multiples and build a money-bank of their own as the business grows. Many of the e-commerce products for Trading on the Internet are supplied to you free, and included with your Membership. If you are going to trade in PC's then you'll be shown how to start without any cash outlay at all. Once you have begun trading in a small way at first, you can then branch out into acquisition stocks and liquidation deals which will be far cheaper than any "trade" price. You will be shown how and where you can buy various other systems, or any quantity of systems at knock-down prices. The Trading Plan equips you with all the information you could possibly want, to make a success of your business, whether trading from home or from premises.

Question: I have seen other much cheaper business opportunities advertised. What makes yours any different ?

Answer: Ours is a comprehensive Business Package based upon eleven years real-time trading running two high-turnover PC showrooms starting from scratch. You will shortly discover that no similar manual has ever been published. There are inevitable attempts at copying the Beaufort Trading concept. However, the Beaufort Trading Plan is fully comprehensive and now applies to very many different IT products in addition to Computer re-selling. You will also get help on deals you cannot handle yourself. For example: We recently helped a new Beaufort Trader to sell-off a container load of brand-new Boxed Systems complete with Monitors, for £90 per system, which he bought for just £25 each - he collected his money before he had to pay for them. The whole operation was completed in just three days and he could not have achieved this without our involvement on his behalf. We will help any of our clients in a genuine and practical way to strike a deal and make serious money. You must ask yourself whether you think you might obtain a similar service through any of the cheaper, or dearer, "services" purporting to be "similar".

Question: Your plan seems irresistible, but before I sign up can you tell me if Members can re-offer or re-sell the trading plan to others like Network Marketing/mlm plans, and will I have to recruit other people ?

Answer: The short answer to both questions is NO - Firstly, we have steered clear of multi-level marketing plans from the outset - due to the ''grey area'' stigma attached to many such schemes. However, there are many reputable affiliate programs that Members can join for fun, profit and some additional income, the best of which are accessible from the Members Private Site entirely as an option. However, it our belief that Members should apply themselves to the Beaufort trading Plan for "serious income".

Question: Are there any on-going costs after I purchase your plan, and if so what are they and how much ?

Answer: There are NO on-going costs at all. You get free access to the Members-Only Web Site for the first three months of your Membership. As an option, after your free access period, you may decide to join our exclusive ''Traders Group'' at a small annual subscription of just £25 per year, but that is entirely optional - there is no obligation to do so. You may also wish to purchase specialised proprietary products that we offer from time-to-time at trade prices, but again those items are entirely optional - there is no obligation whatsoever.

Question: What about warranties on the PC systems I might purchase by using your Trading Plan ? I have limited technical knowledge and could end up losing money if a customer returns a defective system for repair or a refund ?

Answer: Regardless of any technical knowledge, or lack of it, you will be shown how to offer warranties on all the equipment you sell to a customer. Customer relationships and service are vitally important. If you find yourself stuck with a defective system, you will be shown how to get it repaired for around £10 - £15. If your customer returns a faulty system to you under your warranty, you will make money in that situation, not lose it - this "Trade secret" is fully explained. A Warranty form is also included in your business package for your own use.

Question: I am very interested in your proposition, but remain sceptical about your scheme, testimonials and claims, and wish to verify them first. Therefore, can you give me the name and phone number of someone who has tried your plan and succeeded with it who I can contact for verification ?

Answer: We have been offering the Beaufort Opportunity for the past ten years. Anyone believing our claims to be false has a civic duty to report their misgivings to the authorities, such as Trading Standards. However, we have yet to meet a "sceptic" who has ever achieved notable success in running their own business. Therefore Beauforts declines applications from "self-confessed sceptics" in any event. We already provide genuine testimonials of people who have succeeded together with their names and their photos. You'll see them all for yourself when you receive your business package. In the past we provided phone numbers of members to enquirers, but unfortunately this has often resulted in nuisance calls to our members from the ever-resentful "anti-enterprise brigade" , and one or two other embittered and envious poor souls, who enjoy making acrimonious phone calls. For that reason alone we have ceased providing such information. Those doubting the authenticity of the business we offer, not only insult our integrity, but also that of our valued Members who have published their own Trading Success Reports. Therefore, we believe that in the interests of our enthusiastic Membership, we would all all be better off without them.

Question: I am a serving member of the Armed Forces with less that two years service left to complete. Will I need to wait until my return to civilian life before operating your plan.

Answer: We have hundreds of serving Members who seem to achieve a higher level of success with the Beaufort Trading Plan than some of their civilian counterparts. However, whether you are permitted to trade in your spare-time may depend upon Station Standing Oders and other regulations applicable to your branch or trade. If your particular branch involves sensitivities where spare-time trading may conflict with security issues, you should get advice via your branch C.O on that important aspect first. On the other hand, the Trading Plan is a virtual course in ''Trading'' which if purchased now would stand you in good stead for a knowledgeable business start upon your return to civilian life.

Question: I want to order from America but your site makes no mention of airmail service. Also, are all the products available to members here ?

Answer: We no longer use the mail. Our material is available by download in several zip files equivalent to around 2 x CDs therefore we can accept orders from anywhere in the World. All the products are available to Members world-wide in electronic form that can be accessed instantly on the same day an order is received.
